Creative Writing   Watch the film, “The Chronicles of Narnia, The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe” and write a personal reflection based on the following question:   You are Peter Pevensie and you are now 60 years old. Narrate your adventures in Narnia to your grandchildren.   One day, Lucy begged me to play hide-and-seek. Although my siblings were not too keen in playing, I agreed to play. So I closed my eyes and started to count. They all went to find a place to hide. When I finished counting and walked upstairs to begin my search, Lucy was standing in the middle of the hallway. I was confused whether or not she knew the objective of hide-and-seek. Then, she started telling stories about her walking into a world known as Narnia through the wardrobe in one of the rooms. After that, she told me that she met a faun, who introduced himself as Mr. Tumnus and invited her home for tea. He tells her that the land is called Narnia and is ruled by the ruthless White Witch, who ensures that it is always Winter. I looked at her pale face as she herself was mystified saying she had spent hours in Narnia, to find that only a few seconds have passed in England. She was unable to convince us of her adventure, as the wardrobe appeared merely a normal wardrobe. Edmund, the next youngest of the four siblings, is particularly spiteful towards Lucy.   That night, Lucy got up to check on the wardrobe. As Lucy enters the room that contains the wardrobe, Edmund saw her and followed her to see what she was doing. When he entered the room, Lucy was not in sight but the wardrobe was left slightly open so Edmund went into the wardrobe in search of Lucy. It leads him to Narnia for the first time. In the forest, Edmund fails to catch up with Lucy and encounters instead a pale lady on a sledge pulled by white reindeers. She introduced herself as the Queen of Narnia, and treats him royally. She creates him a drink and some Turkish delight. She even promised to make him Prince and eventually King...
