With development of the global economy and the expansion of industries, rich industrial countries had produced excessive greenhouse gas. The greenhouse gas destroy the environment and change the climate. However rich industrial countries do not take an active part in improving the greenhouse gas emissions. The poor countries which consider reduce the greenhouse gas emission are also limited by economy and technology. This essay will argue that rich industrial countries are not only have moral responsibilities to reduce the greenhouse gas emission, but also are responsible for assisting the developing countries to solve the greenhouse gas emission though providing capital and technology because it may have important impact on protecting our earth and express rich industrial countries have determination to lead other countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

At the begin of the industrial revolution, concentrations have increased from about 280 parts per million (ppm) to around 380 ppm and will continue rising in the future. Besides this, the earth’s temperature which has increased about 0.6C over the last century would continue to rise because of a delays thermal response. Thermal expansion and the melting of glacier and ice caps will also impact on global temperature which is expected to rise from 1.4 to 5.8C and sea level which is expected to rise from 0.09 to 0.88 meters in 2100.
