Chapter 1
Columbus, the Indians and Human Progress
The history about Columbus is the most important of all in America, which in all schools is not teaching this history. Of course there will be some type of conflicts about telling the truth about the history.
The important fact to me is that in life all the systems work the same beginning of the history of the Columbus adventure. There is always to have a sacrifice, in order to obtain an evolution or a change. It is very difficult to accept the fact that Columbus took advantage to the Arawak Indians in order to created a land of dreams for all of us. According with Horward describe in his book: "My point is not that we must, in telling history, accuse, judge, condemn Columbus in absentia. It is too late for that; it would be a useless scholarly exercise in morality". (Page 9).
This means that it is the price that a nation, organization, country have to pay for civilization or evolution. In this chapter tell us the real plan of Columbus which it was not a journey of searching to concord land, like the schools teach us. He was looking for gold and slaves to bring to the king and queen. The good thing about the genocide is the transition of new world full of new changes.

Chapter 2
Drawing the color line
Racism always going to be part of this country . In fact, racism has been always changing, in different cultures and governments. Racism was broad to the United States by our ancestors like the language and diversity of the habits along the way. When the India's didn't had enough straight the Europeans opted for black people from Africa. They were stronger and heartier.
I think, the most important of these, it was the profitable of all the times. The diversity of race give the born of 'Mulatos" mixture of white and black race or black with Indians. The mixture of cultures begun to change and give shelter to black and poor...
