The healthcare system has been implemented in the US for long time also the issues of healthcare system tried to improve has been disputed until now. It is inevitable issues for the government and people. In the president election, it is still the critical politics statement to determine the vote. Democrats emphasizes on the compromise of universal insurance and current limited insurance to lure employers provide personal employee insurance coverage via tax credit and personal insurance credit for personal / families package; Republics still insists on the current health care system and focuses on the children and community support more. Obviously, the health care spending and coverage is the big issue to be fixed and how to protect the people who can’t benefit under the government system or private insurance system. Therefore universal insurance is suitable for the US and can it enhance the satisfaction!
Before evaluating the suitability of universal insurance, we should access the performance first. There are seven indicator of assessment, Long, Healthy, and Productive Lives, Quality, Access, Efficiency, Equity, Capacity to Innovate and Improve.
