InterClean Inc.
      InterClean Inc. is making changes in order to increase future profitability. The company plans to implement a solutions-based selling method and must assess the skill set of the sales team. InterClean is combining two sales teams together, due to an acquisition, as well as hiring new sales team members. The company can use benchmarking and best practices to decide how to move forward with these initiatives. It is important that the company hire, retain, or train the right people to move forward with the company.

Skill Orientation

In order for Interclean, Inc. to implement a successful solutions-based selling approach, a proper skill orientation must be executed. Kelly Services, Inc. has created a concrete orientation training program that has molded the company.   Strong skill orientation must be conducted so the new employees will have a solid foundation to start the job off to a great start. Kelly Services, Inc. has successfully done this.

The Personal Assistance/Homemaker program (PAHS) is focused on having a solid skill orientation program in practice. Training is a key component for PAHS because skill orientation is vital for both the client and the employee. The employee and client both need training to successfully fulfill its purpose of its program. Its purpose is to offer in-home service which aide an individual in the performance of daily living activities including household responsibilities through proper training and direct service provision. Without proper training of staff as well as the client the program will not strive.
