“Societies evolve and change by deconstructing their institutions under the pressure of new power relationships and constructing new sets of institutions that allow people to live side by side without self-destroying, in spite on their contradictory interests and values. Societies exist as societies by constructing a public space in which private interests and projects can be negotiated to reach an always unstable point of shared decision making toward a common good, within a historically given social boundary. In the industry society, this public space was built around the institutions of the nation-state that, under the pressure of democratic movement and class struggle, constructed and institutional public space base on the articulation between a democratic political system, an independent judiciary, and a civil society connected to the state”  

The fundamental idea of “information society” is to transform a principal within enough information and interaction to become an agent that can maximize the original existing relation between his/her institution and his surroundings. “Information society” is the accomplishment of specific message to express and produce an answer.

Globalization is a philosophical conception that is interconnected to different devices that generates new conceptions of social democracy, power structures, economical ideologies, personal ambitions etc. Globalization is also a multidimensional process that affects culture. Culture is a set of believes, knowledge, art, law, traditions, moral and all those habits obtain by the member of a society. The global market implies the required to maximize knowledge. There is no doubt that education is a big responsibility of the World wild citizens. Develop of new integral process of education are essential to maximize and to accomplish a better life consequentially a possibility of a better social culture.
