Majed Al-Essa who was born on December 1976 is a successful management member in the largest oil producing company in the world named Saudi Aramco. He is a graduate with 2nd   Honor: B.S. in Management Information System (MIS) from University of Petroleum and Minerals on January 2000 in Saudi Arabia.. On December the same year he was certified as Technical Consultant from SAP AG Company in Germany. The year followed, he was as Managerial Consultant from the same Company. In 2004 he was appointed by Aramco board of directors to be project’s manager. Since then, he is being assigned challenging projects involving coordination between the company and it’s affiliates scattered around the world. He is demonstrating success along his highly visible assigned projects plying the role of the leader. Currently Majed is under taken his Master Degree in Business Administration to enrich his knowledge in so many fields.
Leaders are chosen from among the society of common people for the outstanding quality of their intellectual capabilities, professionalism, integrity, honesty, moral standards, and ethics etc. To become a leader one has to inspire trust and confidence among his / her followers for delivering great expectations. Barack Obama is one such leader who inspired millions not only in United States but all over the world.
Democracy prevails when the choice and preference of the majority rules. The choice and preference have naturally rested on BHO for President elect. People mirror themselves in  BHO as the leader who knows, understands and can deliver their hopes, dreams, expectations and aspirations. It is a quality of charisma which Barack Obama naturally possess which make fellow-men-women-children to accept him at face value with open admiration.
