Executive Summary
In line with your advertisement for consultancy services, MFE Consultants present this proposal to offer consultancy services on the expansion of Eastern Scope to the Eastern Region of Kenya. Our proposal is designed to provide a solution oriented report with practical solutions on operations, human resource, Information Technology, Sustainability and overall implementation of the proposed expansion. This expansion is presumed to be premised on the vision and mission of Eastern Scope as a Microfinance institution.

We first propose an environmental assessment to be able to determine the present position of Eastern Scope and chart the way forward in developing a solution for the proposed expansion. The team to partner with Eastern Scope on this expansion program has been selected based on their experience in the areas of need. In conduct of our consultancy, we will need important equipment that will aid us in undertaking our duties mostly in human resource development plan and IT upgrade plan.

Our costs are billed based on the time taken by our staff in the assignment; each employee position has a different rate that reflects the responsibility of each employee. We have selected twelve employees to undertake this assignment; they include four senior employees and six other medium level and support staff.

We present a detailed work plan that shows the deliverables expected at different times of the assignment. Our deliverables include reports that show the recommendations. We also present the expected results for each defined period.
