Human beings are the only sentient species who continually test their understanding of their existence in the hopes or dreams of improving their world through the knowledge and experience. The quest of the ideal state of being is where the hopes and dreams of working free energy, aether, perpetual motion and over unity devices live. Our society wants an utopian like world, this is shown in our cartoons like the Jetson’s and science fiction television shows such as Star Trek. Mistaken and mostly fraudulent claims of free energy, perpetual motion and over unity devices from confidence schemes have played on our desire for a perfect world for years.
The lure of endless pollution free supply of energy is strong. Some benefits of a free energy world are no more energy cost. The International Energy Agency, (2007) reports global energy production at “460.139194533189 Quadrillion British Thermal Units” in (table International Energy Annual 2005, F.1 World Primary Energy Production (Btu), 1980-2005). The International Energy Agency, (2007) reports global electricity generation at “17350.5759652082 Billion Kilowatt hours” in (table International Energy Annual 2005, 6.3 World Total Net Electricity Generation, 1980-2005). The International Energy Agency, (2007), (table 1.5 Energy Consumption, Expenditures, and Emissions Indicators, Selected Years, 1949-2006) reports energy consumption globally was “99.87 Quadrillion British Thermal Units.” There would be none of these energy cost associated with production of anything. This would reduce the cost of products dramatically.
