Jeffrey Bezoc, the founder and CEO of Amazon.com. He is successful in his idea that sold product on the internet in 1994. Jeffrey Becoz is an electrical-engineering and computer science graduated from Princeton University. After he graduated, he works on a Wall Street-based investment bank and he was the youngest senior vice president in the history of D. E. Shaw.
During the summer of 1994, the internet usage was growing at 2,300 percent per year; this make Jeffrey Becoz caught his attention, and imagination. These internet usages growing make him wake-up call. This make him to make a decision to left his job at D. E. Shaw and drew up a list of twenty possible products that could be sold on the internet. Jeffrey Becoz makes a decision move to west which at Boulder, Seattle to start he new venture. He choose Seattle to start he new venture is because it is a place with lots of technical talent, near a place with large number of books and a nice place to live. He was operating from a 400-square-foot. After six weeks, he moved his new firm to 2,000 sqf. After six months, his business is very good, he moved again to 17,000 sqf. By the end of 1996, his firm is become one of the most successful web retailer, with revenue $15.6 million. After 1 year, his firm revenues increase to $147 million in1997.

Amazon not only doing business with consumer customers, but aslo seller customer and developer. Consumer customers can shop from amazon via several amazon retailer websites. Amazon enable seller customer (including individuals, small businesses, and large branded businesses) to sell their products on amazon but consumer customer should fulfil order through amazon, this therefore enable consumer customer to shop product owned by different sellers in a single checkout.
