Immigration Law

Even though illegal immigration into the US is bad, wrong, and illegal, I think it is a highly profitable proposition for both employers and the US government, and it also benefits Mexico, which is the largest source country of undocumented immigrants into the US.   Maybe a reason for failed immigration enforcement or immigration reform is because the US government knows the negative consequences for our economy.   Today we have Mexican’s working in jobs that nobody else in America wants or will do for little pay and long hours.   So one must rethink maybe why we haven’t enforced the repercussions of illegal immigration into the US, possibly because we need some of these immigrants working here as much as they need us.
United States borders are barely enforced today.   Ten million illegal immigrants live in the US today and about 75% of undocumented immigrants arrive across the US southern border with Mexico.   According to the readings, US citizens have seen billions of their tax dollars wasted on fruitless efforts at border enforcement as efficiency of Border Patrol operations reached all-time lows.   One has to wonder if this is simply because the US fails to emphasize and admit to the public the reality of North American integration in labor markets.
